Known for its sheltered bay, surf culture, and relaxed atmosphere, Hiriketiya attracts a steady flow of international travellers, digital nomads, and long-stay visitors throughout the year. This growing global appeal continues to strengthen short-term rental demand for private villas in Hiriketiya.
Our decision to develop a purpose-built, managed villa community in Hiriketiya was driven by a clear investment strategy: to align strong tourism growth, destination appeal, and professional property management into a single, investor-friendly offering. The Hiriketiya–Dikwella corridor benefits from year-round tourism, improving access via the Southern Expressway, and an expanding hospitality ecosystem—making it an ideal location for income-generating villa investments in Sri Lanka.
Rather than developing standalone villas, we designed this project as a secure, well-planned community, allowing for operational efficiency, consistent quality standards, and long-term asset protection.
